Detailed rules for use
* Usage regulations
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our Guests, the Hotel has established the following rules of use in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Contract. Please be especially mindful of the following rules, as we may be forced to refuse your stay and use of the hotel's facilities if you do not comply with them, and may also require you to pay for any damages incurred by the Hotel.
* Safety and security precautions
- 1. Please refer to the evacuation route map displayed in the guest room guide.
- 2. During your stay, please make sure that your room is locked when you leave it.
- 3. Please keep the door guarded and locked from the inside during your stay, especially while you are sleeping. If you have visitors, please do not open the door carelessly. If you receive a suspicious visitor, please contact the front desk (extension 9).
- 4. Please refrain from smoking anywhere in the building other than designated areas. Please refrain from any other actions that may cause a fire. If you smoke in a non-smoking room, you will be charged the cleaning fee for bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc., and the actual cost of repairs, etc.
- 5. Please do not use fires, candles, etc., for heating or cooking in the guestrooms or in shared spaces such as the corridors without permission from the Hotel. Also, cooking in the guestrooms is strictly prohibited (except in rooms with cooking facilities).
- 6. Please refrain from meeting visitors in your room.
- 7. We strictly prohibit accommodation by anyone other than registered guests.
- 8. Even if a Guest requests that cleaning is not required, the guest room will be cleaned once every three days for reasons of hygiene. Further, the Hotel will clean the guestroom whenever it deems necessary.
- 9. We ask that gangs, extremist groups, and their members refrain from using the Hotel. (If this fact is discovered after a reservation has been made or during use, we will refuse use of the hotel at that point in time).
* Handling of valuables and checked items
- 1. Safes (safety deposit boxes) are available in the guestrooms. For safety reasons, the Hotel recommends that you store your important items, valuables, cash, etc., in the safe. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring the safety of the safe while you are using it. Please note that in the unlikely event that any items are lost or destroyed while in use, the Hotel will not provide compensation.
- 2. In principle, we will handle lost and found items in accordance with the law, unless otherwise specified.
* Regarding payment
- 1. Please settle your bill each time you are billed by the Hotel.
- 2. Payment must be made in Japanese currency or by traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, or credit cards accepted by the Hotel. Bills and personal checks will not be accepted.
- 3. If you wish to change the number of nights you have planned, please contact the front desk in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, please make payment up to that point.
- 4. We will not pay for shopping expenses, airline tickets, train or bus tickets, taxi fares, postage stamps, luggage shipping charges, etc.
* Behavior you should refrain from
- 1. Please do not bring into the hotel any items that may cause inconvenience to other guests.
- (1) All animals and pets, including dogs, cats, and small birds (however, this does not apply to guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs)
- (2) Explosives, volatile oils, and other dangerous products that are easily ignited or flammable
- (3) Items that emit a foul or strong odor
- (4) Firearms, swords, stimulants, etc.
- (5) Extremely large amounts of luggage or items
- (6) Other items the possession of which is prohibited by law
- 2. Please refrain from gambling or behavior that may disrupt public morals or peace within the Hotel, or any other behavior that may cause inconvenience or discomfort to other guests.
- 3. Please do not use the rooms or lobby for any purpose other than your stay, such as conducting any business activities, without permission from the Hotel.
- 4. Please do not hang or display anything near the windows in your room that may mar the appearance of the Hotel.
- 5. Please do not distribute advertising or promotional materials, or sell any goods within the Hotel without permission.
- 6. Please refrain from using the hotel facilities and equipment in places and for purposes other than those for which they are designated, and refrain from using them in a way that significantly damages their current condition.
- 7. Taking photographs or videos that may cause inconvenience to other guests within the hotel or on its grounds is strictly prohibited. In addition, posting photographs taken within the hotel for commercial purposes without permission may be subject to legal action.
- 8. Please refrain from leaving personal belongings in the hallways or lobby.
- 9. Unless an emergency or unavoidable circumstances occur, please do not enter hotel employee areas, emergency stairs, the rooftop, machine rooms, or other facilities not for guest use.
- 10. If the building, furniture, fixtures or other items are damaged, contaminated or lost due to reasons other than force majeure, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount of compensation.
