Attention to ingredients

On the theme of "how to make the most of the freshness of what was picked this morning," the chef carefully prepares dishes that do justice to the ingredients. Chef Chiba has been based in Nasu since long before "Nasu Muku no Ne" opened. As such he has deep connections with producers in Nasu, and is able to procure ingredients through unique routes. He speaks with producers, and pays particular attention to the shape and size of the vegetables. Please enjoy the seasonal vegetables to your heart's content.

Dinnertime is a relaxing time in the tranquil forest.
When you return for breakfast, it's like you're in another world. The scenery spreads out before you, and you can almost hear the steady heartbeat of nature.
At AUBERGE, the main functions, such as the relaxation lounge and reception, are all located inside the Restaurant.

During lunchtime, we offer limited quantities of our homemade beef curry made with Tochigi Wagyu beef and pasta.
